Cryptocurrency and trading education · Recurring subscription with an affiliate recruitment layer

iCoinPro

A real if commoditised crypto course sold at $49.95 a month, attached to a plan in which every single rank qualifies on “active members on your Enroller Tree team” and the published income disclosure is a table with headers and no rows.

Reviewed July 29, 2026 Founded Launched May 2017 · domain registered 28 March 2017 · the compensation plan has been torn up and rewritten at least twice since, most recently in the June 2023 reboot, and the plan live in July 2026 is a third structure again Confidence: Medium

HEADCOUNT PLAN, BLANK DISCLOSURE

Year one costs $659.40, every rank from 1 Star to Star Presidential is qualified by counting people rather than sales, and the company’s own policies state that most affiliates earn less each month than they pay for their membership.

Disclosure

The editor of this site, Rob Fore, formerly promoted iCoinPro. That relationship has ended. He does not set scores: this report’s grade is the weighted composite of its nine published dimension scores, and the build rejects any page where those two disagree. Our full conflict-of-interest statement, including every position held, is on the About page.

The question you came with

Can you actually make money with iCoinPro?

NO No - not on the numbers this company publishes

No. I formerly held an affiliate position in this company, and this report carries that disclosure at the top rather than in a footnote, because it is a reason to state the finding more bluntly rather than less. Every rank in the published table qualifies on active members on your Enroller Tree team: 2 personally enrolled at 1 Star, 20 at 2 Star with no more than 8 from any one leg, and the same construction up to 100,000 members.

The plan contains no retail or preferred-customer category at any point. Not a weak one, none. There is membership and there is affiliate, and everybody who pays is placed in the Enroller Tree. Level one of the fast start pays 50% of the $60 entry package, so $30 moves up the line the moment somebody joins, and the monthly bonus pools are qualified only by personally enrolling at least one new member every month.

The company already wrote down how this goes, in its own Policies and Procedures: most Affiliates earn less money each month in the compensation program than they are paying for their membership. That sentence has survived nine years and three plan rewrites. Year one costs $659.40 and every year after costs $599.40, and the published income disclosure page is a table carrying five column headers and zero data rows, confirmed on 29 July 2026.

The product is not the problem, and that is worth saying. There is a real video library, working trade-finder software, a portal built around TradingView and live streams still being produced. The company takes in no capital, holds no participant funds, has issued no token and offers no staking. Cancellation is genuinely easy - any time, on the personal info page, by phone, by email or by post, with no minimum term and no exit fee.

What it costs to be in
$60

$50 one-time “Unlimited Access” plus a $10 affiliate sign-up fee, then $49.95 every month to keep the 40 CV that commission eligibility and every rank depend on

What would have to change
  • Rows in the income disclosure. The page exists with five headers and nothing under them, while the company's own policies require an affiliate making any income claim to attach that disclosure, an obligation it has made impossible to satisfy.
  • A retail category. Somewhere for a person to buy the course without being placed in the Enroller Tree, and a rank requirement that counts those buyers rather than counting members.
  • Rank thresholds that are not headcount. As written, 2 Star reads as 20 active members on your Enroller Tree team with no more than 8 counting from any one leg, and that construction runs unchanged to 100,000.
  • A named legal entity, an incorporation state and a corporate address. None appears in the company pages, the policies or the terms, which carry Texas governing law, Palm Beach arbitration and a Nevada regulatory nexus across four documents.

That call is computed, not chosen - the rule reads three of the nine published dimension scores and is printed on the methodology page. It describes this company's plan and the figures it publishes about the people already in it. It is not a prediction about you, and nothing on this site is advice.

Legal status

LEGAL BUT - no government enforcement action of any kind has been brought against iCoinPro in nine years. No FTC complaint, no state attorney general action, no SEC or CFTC proceeding, no state securities cease-and-desist, no foreign regulator listing and no class action could be located. The one substantive adverse event on the file is a referral: on 5 July 2023 the Direct Selling Self-Regulatory Council, the self-regulatory arm of BBB National Programs, referred the company to the Federal Trade Commission and the Nevada Office of the Attorney General over earnings claims, after iCoinPro “failed to substantively respond” and “made no efforts to substantiate the claims or meaningfully participate in the self-regulatory process.” That is a private industry body handing a file to agencies with actual authority - not a charge, not a finding and not a consent order. Three years on, no public follow-through by either agency could be located. Both halves belong in the record. Separately, warnings published by the Ontario Securities Commission for entities named “Coin Pro” and “HK Coin Pro” appear on the evidence reviewed to concern different, unrelated businesses and are not attributed to iCoinPro here.

What this actually is

Follow the money

A cryptocurrency and day-trading education product sold on a $49.95 monthly subscription, with an affiliate recruitment layer bolted to it. A participant pays $50 once for “Unlimited Access,” $10 once to become an affiliate, and $49.95 every month thereafter to hold the 40 commissionable volume points that every rank and every commission depend on. In return they get a library of short videos, a proprietary short-timeframe scalping method called the Micro Profit System, a trade-finder tool built around TradingView, live streams and members-only forums.

This report is published off the site’s top-100 ranking, at a reader’s request. iCoinPro is not on the watchlist and was not scheduled for review; a reader asked, and the same research standard was applied that every ranked company gets. The site has done this before, and it is worth saying plainly so nobody reads the existence of this page as a claim about the company’s size or prominence. It is neither.

The company is active, not defunct, and that needs establishing precisely because most of the third-party commentary about it is three or more years old. The corporate YouTube channel published a live stream titled “AutoTrader for iCoinPro Back Test Results” on 10 July 2026, nineteen days before this review. The official pay-plan page is live and currently maintained - it quotes $49.95 a month, raised from the $39.95 that every review from 2017 through 2023 recorded, and a price change is affirmative evidence of maintenance rather than abandonment. The site footer reads “Copyright © 2026 iCoinPRO,” and the domain is registered through 2027. But the scale is very small. The corporate channel has 3,560 subscribers and 82,034 lifetime views across 295 videos, an average of 278 views per video after nine years; the most recent live stream drew 383 views; and the member forum’s top pinned thread has sat since 21 February 2018 with zero replies. Active, maintained, and commercially marginal is the correct description.

The compensation plan is where the grade comes from, and it is not a close question. Seven ranks sit above Unranked and every one of them qualifies on headcount inside the recruitment genealogy - “active members on your Enroller Tree team,” in the plan’s own words, running from 2 personally enrolled at 1 Star to 100,000 members at Star Presidential. There is no retail customer category anywhere in the plan; there is no preferred-customer tier; there is no wholesale-to-retail spread; there is nothing paid for selling education to a person who never joins the network. Level one of the fast start pays 50% of the $60 entry package, so $30 flows straight up the line the moment somebody enrols, before a single video has been watched. Personal enrollments carry a 50% match on their matrix commissions. The monthly bonus pools require at least one personally enrolled new member every month to qualify. And the income disclosure page that would let a prospect check what any of this actually produces is a table with headers and no rows.

Background check

Who runs it, and what they ran before

JC
Justin Clark
Founder; creator of the Micro Profit System

The company’s own page calls him “one of the most successful crypto-currency traders in the space” and “arguably the best TEACHER as well,” and asserts he was “selected by Coinbase as a consultant to help develop their charting and trading systems.” That Coinbase claim is the single most load-bearing credential in the entire product pitch, and it could not be corroborated by any Coinbase source, filing, press release or independent report - it appears only in iCoinPro’s own marketing and in affiliate content repeating it. A separate review describes his background as roughly two decades in online marketing, which is a materially different résumé from the one the company advertises. Before iCoinPro he worked as a distributor in a weight-loss direct-selling company that has since ceased trading. He fronts a separate funnel branded with the 2025 iCoinPRO copyright, marketing his system on a claimed “$414.55 profit from 2 trades in 10 minutes.” No regulatory action, charge or civil finding against him could be located in any jurisdiction.

PD
Paul De Sousa
Chief Executive Officer, co-founder and Director of Cryptocurrency Education

Described by the company as a long-time cryptocurrency expert who has been a trainer, consultant and board member for multiple crypto projects. He is located in Johannesburg, South Africa, according to his own social profiles, notwithstanding the company’s US legal hooks. The material fact from his history: a 2017 trade-press review records him as having promoted GainBitcoin, a scheme that publication assessed as a pyramid and Ponzi hybrid and which subsequently became one of India’s largest cryptocurrency fraud matters. Stage-labeling matters here and cuts in his favor - promoting a scheme is not being charged in connection with one, and no regulatory action, indictment, charge or civil finding against him personally could be located in any jurisdiction. The relevance is judgment and category history, not liability. He has also appeared in the “joins Bill Gates and Sir Richard Branson” genre of promotional content, which is rented credibility with nothing behind it.

On
Ownership note
What could not be established about who you are contracting with

Neither principal’s ownership share is disclosed, no corporate officers beyond these two are named, no board is published, and no audited or unaudited financial statement of any kind exists. Active member count, revenue and the customer-to-affiliate ratio have never been published, so every read on scale in this report is indirect: 3,560 subscribers and 82,034 lifetime views across 295 videos on the corporate channel, an average of 278 views per video after nine years, a most-recent corporate live stream drawing 383 views, and a member forum whose top pinned thread is dated 21 February 2018 with zero replies against 22,600 views. A 2023 trade assessment concluded the site was getting a few thousand hits a month, most of which were likely to be affiliates. Everything observable in 2026 is consistent with that.

Registered address

Not disclosed
This is one of the more striking gaps in any file on this site. The “Our Company” pages on both icoinpro.com and the affiliate tour domain give a trading name and a support email address and nothing else. The Policies and Procedures document, last updated 14 September 2022, refers throughout to “ICoinPro” and “the Company” and discloses no entity name, no state of incorporation and no street address. The Terms and Conditions do the same. What is disclosed instead is three inconsistent legal hooks: Texas governing law in both the policies and the terms, mandatory arbitration seated in Palm Beach, Florida, and a Nevada regulatory nexus implied by the 2023 referral to that state’s attorney general. No Secretary of State filing matching iCoinPro could be located in Texas, Florida or Nevada during this review. For a company selling financial education on a recurring subscription, the absence of an identifiable counterparty is not a research gap - it is itself a finding, and it degrades every practical remedy a participant might otherwise have.

Compensation plan

What has to be true for you to get paid

To coverYou need
Hold the membership for one year $659.40
$50 access + $10 affiliate fee + 12 × $49.95
Cover the monthly subscription from matrix commissions alone ~50 filled positions beneath you
the matrix pays 2.5% of the 40 CV each subscription carries - about $1 per filled position per month
Cover year one from fast start commissions alone 22 personal enrollments
50% of the $60 entry package is $30 on level one; $659.40 ÷ $30 = 21.98
Reach the first rank that touches a bonus pool 100 active members on your Enroller Tree team
3 Star, with no more than 40 from any one leg - plus one personally enrolled new member every month to stay pool-qualified

Read this twice

The arithmetic here is unusually clean because there is nothing to net out on the revenue side - the company publishes no earnings data at all. First-year cost is $659.40 and it is not in dispute: $50 for access, $10 for the affiliate position, and twelve subscription payments of $49.95. From year two it is $599.40 annually, indefinitely, because the subscription is the qualification. Recovering that from the plan takes one of two paths. Fast start pays 50% on level one of the $60 entry package, which is $30 per personal enrollment, so twenty-two people must join under you personally in the first year to cover your own cost - and each of them then faces the same sum. The matrix pays 2.5% of the 40 CV carried by each $49.95 subscription, which works out at roughly $1 per filled position per month, so covering the subscription alone through spillover requires about fifty paying people below you in a 2×15 forced matrix. That is the honest version of “earn 4k a month without enrolling a single person”: spillover is real, but it only exists because somebody recruited, and a participant with no recruits sits at the bottom of every leg. Two things are deliberately excluded from all of the above. Trading capital, which the product’s premise requires the participant to put at risk and which is uncapped, unquantified, and much the largest real cost of participating. And the possibility of profitable trading, which nobody can model from a back-tested win-rate claim with no audited record behind it.

There is no retail customer category anywhere in this plan, so every one of these referrals is another affiliate paying the same fee you are. The company’s own policies state that most affiliates earn less each month than they pay for their membership, and the published income disclosure is a table with headers and no data rows. Your own subscription cost of $50/mo is included.

Price-to-value

Roughly six times the first-year cost of a lifetime course, and the gap widens every year because one side is recurring and the other is not. By year three a participant has paid about $1,858 against roughly $110. Even the certification-bearing program at $249 is a one-off, and only MIT’s $3,500 course costs more than two years of iCoinPro - that one issuing a university credential from an institution anyone can verify, against a headline credential here that could not be corroborated at all. The premium is not buying better teaching. It is buying access to the compensation plan.

Methodology note. ANCHORED to iCoinPro’s own published figures: the $50 access fee, the $10 affiliate fee and the $49.95 monthly subscription, giving $659.40 in year one and $599.40 a year after; the 50% level-one fast start on the $60 entry package; the 2.5% matrix rate across fifteen levels on 40 CV, which the plan’s own stated maxima confirm resolves to about $1 per filled position per month; the 50% match on personally enrolled affiliates; the 6% bonus pools with their one-recruit-a-month qualification; and the rank thresholds from 2 personally enrolled at 1 Star to 100,000 members at Star Presidential. Anchored also to the company’s single earnings statement, in its own Policies and Procedures: “Most Affiliates earn less money each month in the compensation program than they are paying for their membership.” MODELED by us: every dollar figure in the tables above, and the share of each cohort in cumulative profit, because iCoinPro publishes an income disclosure page containing five column headers and zero rows - there is no rank distribution, no median, no zero-earner percentage and no time-to-profit datum to anchor against, anywhere. The cohort definitions are ours; the company does not segment its field. Two exclusions matter and both cut against the participant rather than for them: these tables count plan economics only, so they exclude the participant’s own trading capital, which is uncapped, and they exclude adjacent spend on the separate trading-course funnel and any AutoTrader license, neither of which has a published price. Read the medians as what the plan does to a typical participant, and the top column as what is possible for the small number who recruit successfully - not as a forecast for anyone.

Where you are actually allowed to promote this

Platform policy reads, not verifications. Check every one before you spend a dollar - enforcement changes faster than the written policy does.

Channel
Status
Notes
Independent affiliate websites
STRICTLY PROHIBITED
Only a “Company Licensed Website” may be used to promote online. An affiliate cannot own a domain, build search equity or create a marketing asset with any resale value. Any domain registration containing the company’s marks must be immediately re-assigned to the company.
Income claims
REQUIRE A DISCLOSURE THAT DOES NOT EXIST
The policies prohibit false, misleading or unrepresentative earnings claims and require any income claim to be accompanied by “the Company’s current Annual Average Income Disclosure, posted on the Company’s website.” That disclosure is a table with headers and no rows. The rule is therefore impossible to comply with as written.
Facebook, X and YouTube
PERMITTED WITH CONDITIONS
Allowed provided content carries no product or income claims and videos display “ICoinPro Independent Affiliate” text throughout. On paper this is conventional and reasonably strict. In practice DSSRC found earnings claims proliferating across social media in July 2023.
Enforcement of those rules
NOT VISIBLE
Affiliates in 2025 and 2026 continue running funnels through third-party landing-page domains rather than company-licensed sites, and affiliate video titles in circulation include a “Business Opportunity Crypto Passive Income” framing on a product that is neither passive nor an income product. The written rule and the observable practice diverge sharply.
Trading-return claims
MADE, DISCLAIMED, UNSUBSTANTIATED
A “97+% Win Rate” asserted on the corporate channel on 10 July 2026, “1% to 3% wins, usually in less than 15 minutes” on the corporate page, and “$414.55 profit from 2 trades in 10 minutes” on the related funnel. The disclaimers attached are prominent, repeated and specific - and a disclaimer does not neutralise a 97% headline.
Customer and downline data
THE COMPANY’S TRADE SECRET
Affiliate management of customer data is defined in the policies as use of company confidential information constituting the company’s trade secrets. Combined with the ban on independent websites and compulsory domain reassignment, a participant builds a downline on rented land and takes none of it with them.
Post-termination recruiting
RESTRICTED FOR TWELVE MONTHS
For a year after termination an affiliate may not recruit anyone they did not personally sponsor into another opportunity, and an affiliate terminated for breach must wait six months before applying again.
Inbound lead routing
ROUTED TO THE REFERRING AFFILIATE
Where the referring affiliate is determinable, inbound inquiries are routed to them rather than absorbed by the company. Small, but it is the correct default and not every operator writes it down.
The evidence

Red flags and green flags

Red flags

15
1Every rank qualifies on headcount, in the plan’s own words
“Must have a total of 20 active members on your Enroller Tree team with no more than 8 counting from any one individual Enroller Tree leg” at 2 Star, and the same construction all the way to 100,000 members at Star Presidential. The unit of advancement is people inside the genealogy, not sales to anyone outside it.
2The plan contains no retail or preferred-customer category at all
Not a weak one - none. The pay-plan page makes no distinction between customers and affiliates; there is only “membership” and “affiliate,” and everyone who pays is placed in the Enroller Tree. That is the classic Koscot problem stated in the company’s own document.
3The income disclosure page is published and completely empty
Five column headers - rank, number of representatives, percentage, monthly income, annualised average check - and zero data rows, confirmed 29 July 2026. An empty table gives a prospect the visual impression that earnings are disclosed when nothing has been.
4The company’s own policies admit most affiliates lose money
“Most Affiliates earn less money each month in the compensation program than they are paying for their membership.” The identical sentence appeared in the 2017-era documentation and has survived nine years and three compensation plans unchanged.
5DSSRC referred the company to the FTC and the Nevada Attorney General on 5 July 2023
After iCoinPro “failed to substantively respond” and “made no efforts to substantiate the claims or meaningfully participate in the self-regulatory process.” Non-participation is what converts an inquiry into a referral. It is a self-regulatory body’s referral, not a government finding.
6“Earn 4k a month without enrolling a single person”
The claim DSSRC referred. The mechanism it relies on is matrix spillover, which exists only because other people recruited - and a participant with no recruits sits at the bottom of every leg. A passive-income framing on a structure that is entirely recruitment-driven.
7A “97+% Win Rate” claim with no audited record behind it
Asserted in the description of the corporate live stream published 10 July 2026, based on trading data from September 2019 to March 2023 and presented as back-test output. No audited, third-party-verified or brokerage-statement-backed track record supporting it could be located.
850% of the $60 entry package is paid up the line on enrollment
$30 moves to the sponsor the moment somebody joins, before any education has been consumed and before a single month of subscription has been paid. Level one pays 50% at every rank including Unranked.
9A 50% match on personally enrolled affiliates’ matrix commissions
At every rank, extending 2 to 8 generations deep as rank rises. A match that large on personal enrollments makes sponsoring strictly more valuable than any other activity available to a participant.
10Bonus pools require a new personal recruit every single month
The 6% monthly global pools, split 1.5% / 1.5% / 2% / 0.5% / 0.5% across the top five ranks, are qualified only by enrolling at least one new member personally each month. That is a contractual, recurring recruitment quota.
11No legal entity, no incorporation state and no corporate address anywhere
Not in the “Our Company” pages, not in the Policies and Procedures, not in the Terms and Conditions. Texas governing law, Palm Beach arbitration and a Nevada regulatory nexus across four documents, and no filed entity locatable in any of the three states.
12The business has collapsed into pre-launch and rebooted at least twice
Most recently in June 2023, when the site reverted to pre-launch and relaunched with an entirely rewritten plan. The July 2026 plan is a third structure again - different rank thresholds, different matrix, different pools. Nothing published protects accrued positions, rank or downline through a reset.
13The founder’s central credential could not be corroborated
The claim that he was “selected by Coinbase as a consultant to help develop their charting and trading systems” appears only in iCoinPro’s own marketing and in affiliate content repeating it. No Coinbase source, filing, press release or independent report supports it - and it is the load-bearing credential of the entire product.
14Mandatory non-appealable arbitration in Palm Beach, Florida
Under Texas law, with the terms reserving to the company the right to nominate “such other location as iCoinPro prescribes.” For a participant outside Florida - and for the international participants the plan clearly courts - that is a practical bar to any remedy over a $49.95 subscription, and it forecloses class treatment.
15A seven-day refund window and nothing after it
“No refunds will be given on membership fees older than 7 days.” Seven days is at the aggressive end for a subscription information product, where 14 and 30 days are ordinary in the mainstream course market.

Green flags

8
1Cancellation is genuinely easy
Members may terminate at any time on the personal info page, by phone, by email or by post. No minimum term, no cancellation fee, no retention gauntlet, no negative-option maze. Whatever else is wrong in this file, the exit door is not locked - and that is not universal in subscription businesses of this kind.
2A 7-day full refund is written into the policies
100% of the membership paid within the last seven days, with the terms echoing a seven-day full refund policy on all product orders. The window is short and it is marked down for that in the terms score - but it exists, it is published, and it is unconditional inside the window.
3The company takes in no capital and holds no participant funds
No pooled funds, no custody, no capital raise, no managed accounts, no discretionary trading, no profit-share on trading results and no promised return. The participant trades their own money in their own account. For a business wrapped in cryptocurrency framing, this is the single most important thing that is right here.
4No token, no coin and no staking program
iCoinPro has never issued a token and offers no staking or yield product of any kind. That removes at a stroke the mechanism through which most crypto recruitment programs cause the largest participant losses, and it is why the securities score is a 6 rather than a 1.
5A real product exists - thin, but real
A genuine video library, working trade-finder software, a trading portal built around TradingView, live streams still being produced in July 2026 and members-only forums. This is not a phantom product, and reports of this kind should say so when it is true.
6No government enforcement action anywhere, in nine years
No FTC complaint or consent order, no state attorney general action, no SEC or CFTC proceeding, no state securities cease-and-desist, no foreign regulator listing, no class action. The July 2023 self-regulatory referral produced no locatable public follow-through in the three years since, and this report does not treat a referral as though it were enforcement.
7Pricing is current, published and transparent
$49.95 a month, $50 for access, $10 for the affiliate position - all on public pages, with no “call for pricing,” no hidden high-ticket tier and no five-figure mastermind upsell visible. Entry at $60 is genuinely low in absolute terms for this category.
8Disclaimers are prominent, repeated and reasonably specific
“An informational service only,” “not responsible for any investments made applying this information,” “results described are not typical,” “possible to lose some or all of your investment” - attached to essentially every corporate asset. They do not neutralise a 97% win-rate headline, but they are real and they are more than many operators bother with.
What would move this grade

We would like to be wrong about this

Upward

  • Publishing a populated income disclosure - median rather than mean earnings, the percentage earning nothing, rank distribution and time to breakeven - so that the rule already written into the policies, requiring affiliates to attach that disclosure to income claims, becomes possible to obey.
  • Creating a genuine retail customer category and re-basing every rank qualification on volume sold to people outside the network rather than on “active members on your Enroller Tree team,” with the customer-to-affiliate ratio published alongside it.
  • Retiring the “97%+ win rate” and “earn 4k a month without enrolling a single person” claims or substantiating the trading record with audited third-party brokerage data, enforcing the policies’ own social-media rules against the affiliate base, and disclosing the registered entity, incorporation state and corporate address.

Downward

  • Any FTC, state attorney general or state securities action arising from the July 2023 referral or from anything since - which would move this file from “legal but” to “under enforcement” and change the whole character of the report.
  • Any element of pooled funds, custody, profit-share, managed accounts, a token, or an AutoTrader that trades participant capital on a discretionary or pooled basis. This would collapse the securities score from 6 toward 1 and is the single largest downside risk in the file.
  • A fourth compensation-plan reset or another pre-launch wiping accrued downlines, the reintroduction of the historical $99.95-a-month full-access tier raising the pay-to-play threshold, or confirmation that the membership cannot be bought at all without affiliate placement in a genealogy.
The better trade

Grade is F at 2.4. A real if commoditised course, sold at $599.40 a year, attached to a plan whose every rank counts people and whose income disclosure has no rows in it.

Start with what this company is not, because the category invites a lazy answer. iCoinPro is not a crypto investment scheme. It takes in no capital, holds no participant funds, runs no pool, issues no token, offers no staking, manages no accounts, promises no return and takes no share of anybody’s trading profits. A participant pays a subscription for videos and software and then trades their own money in their own account at their own risk. Worked through element by element under Howey, the participant is simply not buying an investment contract from this company, and the securities score of 6 reflects that honestly - marked down only for an AutoTrader whose architecture could not be verified, a historic “lending education” module in a category with a bad Ponzi record, and a 97% win-rate claim of the sort regulators pursue as a trading-fraud marker. This distinction is the whole reason this site exists. The F is earned on the compensation structure and on the claims, not on the asset class.

The compensation structure is the report. Seven ranks sit above Unranked and every one of them qualifies on “active members on your Enroller Tree team” - 2 personally enrolled at 1 Star, 20 at 2 Star with no more than 8 from any one leg, then 100, 500, 2,500, 25,000 and finally 100,000 members at Star Presidential. There is no retail customer category anywhere in the plan. There is no preferred-customer tier, no wholesale-to-retail spread, and nothing at all paid for selling education to somebody who never joins the network. Level one of the fast start pays 50% of the $60 entry package, so $30 travels up the line the instant a person enrols. Personal enrollments carry a 50% match. The bonus pools demand a fresh personal recruit every month. Set that against the cost side - $659.40 in year one, $599.40 every year after - and against an income disclosure page that has been built and left empty while the company’s own policies require affiliates to attach it to every income claim, and the shape is unmistakable.

The regulatory file has to be stated in both directions or it is not honest. On 5 July 2023 the Direct Selling Self-Regulatory Council referred iCoinPro to the Federal Trade Commission and the Nevada Office of the Attorney General over earnings claims including “Earn 4k a month without enrolling a single person,” after the company failed to substantively respond and made no effort to substantiate anything. That is a serious event, and non-participation is what caused it. It is also a private industry body’s referral rather than a government action - not a charge, not a complaint, not a consent order, not a finding of liability. And three years on, no FTC action, no Nevada attorney general action, no SEC or CFTC proceeding, no state securities order and no class action naming iCoinPro could be located anywhere. Warnings published by the Ontario Securities Commission for entities called “Coin Pro” and “HK Coin Pro” appear to concern unrelated businesses and are not attributed here. What the file establishes is a documented pattern of unsubstantiated earnings claims and a documented refusal to substantiate them when asked. It does not establish enforcement, and this report does not pretend otherwise.

1

Learn the same material for about $110 once, or nothing

Binance Academy, Coinbase Learn, Kraken Learn and Babypips cover the fundamentals and the technical analysis free. TradingView - the engine the iCoinPro portal is built around - has a free tier and paper trading. A lifetime Udemy crypto trading course is $109.99 once. If you want a credential, the Blockchain Council certification is $249 once. None of those renews every month, and none requires you to recruit anybody.

2

If you only take one thing from this page, take the sentence the company wrote itself

“Most Affiliates earn less money each month in the compensation program than they are paying for their membership.” It is in the Policies and Procedures, it has been there for nine years and three plan rewrites, and it is the company describing its own participants. Ask your sponsor to show you that line and then to explain why you would be the exception. Whatever they say next is the most useful information you will get.

3

Ask for the income disclosure before you pay anything

The company’s own policies require affiliates to attach the current annual average income disclosure to any income claim they make. The page exists at icoinpro.com/incomeDisclosure and it has five column headers and no rows. If a sponsor makes any earnings representation to you at all, ask them to comply with their own rulebook and send you the disclosure. They cannot.

4

Trade your own capital with your own risk limits, not somebody’s win-rate headline

The largest real cost of this program never appears on any price page: the money you put into the market. A 97%-plus win rate presented as back-test output with no audited or brokerage-backed record is not a basis on which to size a position. If you want to trade crypto, open an account, paper trade on the free tier until you have your own record, and size to what you can lose. That path costs nothing and nobody earns $30 for putting you on it.

Most Affiliates earn less money each month in the compensation program than they are paying for their membership. That is not our finding - it is the company’s own Policies and Procedures, unchanged across nine years and three compensation plans.
Scorecard

Nine dimensions, weighted

Comp structure & KoscotDoes the plan pay for recruitment or for sales to real customers?
20%
1.0
Every rank in the published table qualifies on headcount and the wording is unambiguous. 1 Star: “Must have 2 personally enrolled active members.” 2 Star: “Must have a total of 20 active members on your Enroller Tree team with no more than 8 counting from any one individual Enroller Tree leg.” The same construction runs to Star Presidential at 100,000 members. The plan contains no retail customer concept at all - there is no preferred-customer category, no retail category and no wholesale-to-retail spread anywhere in it. Level one of the fast start pays 50% on the $60 entry package, so $30 moves up the line the moment somebody joins. Personal enrollments earn a 50% match on their matrix commissions. The bonus pools require at least one personally enrolled new member every month.
Securities exposureAny passive return on capital? Howey, staking, tokens, withdrawal friction.

6.0
This is a crypto program and the obvious mistake would be to assume securities exposure from the asset class. Worked element by element, it is not there. No pooled funds, no capital raise, no custody of participant money, no token, no staking, no managed accounts, no discretionary trading, no profit-share on signals and no promised or passive return. The participant pays a subscription for content and software and then trades their own capital, in their own account, on their own decisions. Under Howey the participant is not buying an investment contract from iCoinPro. The deductions are for three things only: an “AutoTrader” whose architecture is unverified, a historical “lending education” module in a category with a bad Ponzi record, and a claimed 97%-plus win rate of exactly the sort regulators treat as a trading-fraud marker.

Two self-described experts and no independent credential between them. The founder’s claimed Coinbase consultancy is the central credential of the entire product and could not be corroborated by any Coinbase source, filing or independent report. The chief executive previously promoted GainBitcoin, a scheme trade press assessed as a pyramid and Ponzi hybrid that later became one of India’s largest crypto fraud matters - and it must be said clearly that no adjudicated finding, charge or regulatory action against either principal was located in any jurisdiction. The heavier mark is the venture itself: it has collapsed into “pre-launch” and rebooted at least twice since 2017, with the compensation plan rewritten each time and no published protection for accrued positions, rank or downline through a reset.
Product reality & demandWould a rational buyer purchase this if no income offer existed?

3.0
The credit is real and should be stated first: there is a genuine video library, working software, a trade-finder tool built around TradingView, live streams that are still being produced and members-only forums. This is not a phantom product. What limits it is everything else. The curriculum is a beginner crypto syllabus plus a short-timeframe scalping method, delivered as “bite size 3 to 5 minute” videos. The instructors hold no CFA, no CMT, no registered-representative license, no exchange affiliation and no audited track record, and the one credential advanced is uncorroborated. The forum’s flagship thread has been silent since February 2018. It is a real, modest, self-taught-trader course of a kind that exists in very large numbers, sold at a recurring price.
Participant economicsReal cost in, realistic money out, and whether they publish the numbers.
10%
1.0
A participant who joins and stays active pays $659.40 in year one and $599.40 every year after. Against that, the company publishes an income disclosure page whose table carries five column headers - rank, number of representatives, percentage, monthly income, annualised average check - and zero data rows. That is worse than publishing nothing, because the company’s own Policies and Procedures require affiliates making income claims to attach “the Company’s current Annual Average Income Disclosure, posted on the Company’s website,” a compliance obligation it has made impossible to satisfy. The only earnings statement the company does make is in those same policies: “Most Affiliates earn less money each month in the compensation program than they are paying for their membership.” Unchanged across nine years and three plans.

2.0
The same ground is covered free by Binance Academy, Coinbase Learn, Kraken Learn and Babypips, and the charting engine the course is built around - TradingView - has a free tier. A lifetime Udemy course covering crypto and Bitcoin trading is $109.99 once. A certification-bearing program from the Blockchain Council is $249 once. iCoinPro is $599.40 a year, forever. A buyer can assemble a materially broader education for roughly $110 paid once. Only MIT’s $3,500 program costs more than two years here, and that one issues a university credential. The premium is not buying better teaching; it is buying access to the compensation plan, which is the tell that the subscription is functioning as a plan-qualification fee wearing a course as a costume.
Payout sustainabilityCan the company fund the plan out of margin, or only out of inflow?
8%
2.0
Payments are made and the schedule is published - fast start weekly on Wednesdays, matrix and matching monthly on the first Wednesday - and no complaint of non-payment was located. What earns the score is the structure funding those payments. There are exactly three commissionable events and all three are payments made by participants: the $50 access fee, the $10 affiliate fee and the $49.95 subscription. No money enters the pool from anyone outside the plan. The pool that pool draws on is small and appears to be shrinking: 278 average views per corporate video after nine years, a forum silent since 2018, third-party traffic estimates around a rank of 146,972. Commissions are clawed back on downstream refunds, and two plan resets have already wiped accrued positions.
Marketing conductIncome claims, regulator run-ins, hype, deadline stacking.
7%
1.0
The flagship income claim is “Earn 4k a month without enrolling a single person” - a passive-income framing on a mechanism, matrix spillover, that exists only because other people recruited. The corporate channel asserted a “97+% Win Rate based on trading data from Sept 2019 to March 2023” as recently as 10 July 2026, with no audited or brokerage-backed track record located; it is back-test output. A related funnel advertises “$414.55 profit from 2 trades in 10 minutes.” DSSRC found earnings claims proliferating across social media and on the company’s own website, and referred the file after iCoinPro declined to substantiate any of it. Disclaimers are genuinely prominent and repeated, and they count for something - but the claim is the message and the disclaimer is the footnote.

Two real credits keep this off the floor. Cancellation is genuinely easy: any time, on the personal info page, by phone, by email or by post, with no minimum term, no exit fee and no retention gauntlet. And pricing is published in full with no “call for pricing” tier. Against that, the refund window is seven days and nothing older is refundable, where 14 and 30 days are ordinary in the mainstream course market. Disputes go to mandatory, final, binding, non-appealable arbitration in Palm Beach, Florida, under Texas law, with the terms reserving to the company the right to nominate another venue. Customer and downline data is defined as the company’s trade secret, independent affiliate websites are strictly prohibited, and a twelve-month non-solicit follows termination.

Hard caps that bind here

Cap at D− three facts, each independently sufficient, that no strength elsewhere can offset. Every rank in the published table qualifies on “active members on your Enroller Tree team” and the plan contains no retail or preferred-customer category at any point, so advancement is measured in people rather than in sales to anyone outside the network. The income disclosure page has been built and left empty - five column headers, zero rows - while the company’s own policies require affiliates to attach that disclosure to any income claim. And a self-regulatory body referred the file to two agencies in July 2023 after the company declined to substantiate its earnings claims or engage with the process at all. The weighted arithmetic already lands at 2.4, below this cap, so the cap does not bind and is not doing the work: the F is earned on the numbers themselves.

The lowest binding cap wins, regardless of the weighted arithmetic.

Not established by this document: The plan pages carry no retail or preferred-customer purchase path and no retail-profit mechanism - the absence the report relies on is an absence in the document, not a statement in it, so the citation supports it only by inspection. The "50% level-one fast start paid weekly on Wednesdays" and the 1.5/1.5/2/0.5/0.5 pool split are stated on the page; the specific 2.5%-across-all-levels matrix rate is not quoted in the retrievable text of the current /corp/payPlan copy and is sourced in the report to BehindMLM's tabulation of the plan rather than to the company page.

Not established by this document: The /ranks copy still carries the banner "IMPORTANT PRE-LAUNCH WARNING: iCoinPro is currently in Pre-Launch" - a notice first posted at the June 2023 reboot and still live in this pass. Worth stating in the report, because a company that has been in "pre-launch" for three years while taking recurring subscriptions is itself a finding.

    Policies & proceduresTier 1iCoinPROarchived copy

iCoinPro Policies and Procedures, updated 14 September 2022, hosted at bitcoin.icoinpro.com - source for the seven-day refund limit, “Most Affiliates earn less money each month in the compensation program than they are paying for their membership,” “there are NO GUARANTEED EARNINGS,” the income-claim rule requiring the current annual average income disclosure, the licensed-website-only and social-media restrictions, compulsory domain reassignment, customer data as company trade secret, twelve-month non-solicit, six-month re-entry bar, commission clawback, Palm Beach arbitration, Texas governing law, and the absence of any entity name or address

Not established by this document: Two problems worth stating plainly. (1) No copy of the Policies and Procedures at bitcoin.icoinpro.com could be retrieved, and no separately hosted PDF dated 14 September 2022 was located at any URL; icoinpro.com/corp/policies is a JavaScript shell that renders no policy text to a fetcher. The substantive policy language quoted in the report is verifiably served at icoinpro.com/tAndC, which is the URL that should be linked. Consequently the specific clauses the prose attributes to the September 2022 P&P but which do not appear in the retrievable /tAndC text - the income-claim rule requiring the current annual average income disclosure, the licensed-website-only and social-media restrictions, compulsory domain reassignment, customer data as company trade secret, the twelve-month non-solicit, six-month re-entry bar, commission clawback and the Palm Beach arbitration seat - are not supported by any document retrieved in this pass and should either be dropped or flagged as unsourced. /tAndC states Texas adjudication "or such other location as iCoinPro prescribes"; it does not name Palm Beach. (2) The observation that no entity name or address appears in the company's own documents is confirmed, but it is not the whole picture: the DSSRC case decision at index 5 independently records iCoinPro as "founded in 2017 and located in Carson City, Nevada," and the company's contact address is 701 S Carson St, Ste 200, Carson City NV 89701 - a Nevada Business Center LLC registered-agent suite. No Nevada Secretary of State entity record matching iCoinPro could be retrieved (SilverFlume serves no server-rendered result page), so the registered legal entity remains genuinely unidentified.

  7. iCoinPro Terms and Conditions - the page that actually serves the Policies and Procedures text, opening "The Policies and Procedures of iCoinPro contained herein were established to explain and define the rights and responsibilities of iCoinPro and its Representatives," and carrying the seven-day 100% refund limit, "there are NO GUARANTEED EARNINGS," "Most Representatives earn less money each month in the compensation program than they are paying for their products," the spam and traffic-source restrictions, the Texas adjudication clause and the absence of any entity name or corporate address
    Policies & proceduresTier 1iCoinPROarchived copy

iCoinPro Terms and Conditions, icoinpro.com/tAndC - Texas adjudication clause, the company’s reserved right to nominate “such other location as iCoinPro prescribes,” the seven-day refund echo, the “informational service only” disclaimer, and confirmation that no custody or account-management provision exists

Not established by this document: The absence of any custody or account-management provision is a true reading of the document but is an absence, not a clause; the link supports it only by inspection.

DSSRC / BBB National Programs press release, 5 July 2023 - referral of iCoinPro to the Federal Trade Commission and the Nevada Office of the Attorney General; the quoted claim “Earn 4k a month without enrolling a single person”; the finding that claims conveyed “significant, if not life-changing, income”; and the record that the company “failed to substantively respond” and “made no efforts to substantiate the claims or meaningfully participate in the self-regulatory process”

Not established by this document: The DSSRC referral is a referral, not a finding of liability, and no resulting action by either recipient exists. Direct searches of ftc.gov's legal library and news releases, and of state securities regulator and NASAA enforcement records, produced no FTC case, no Nevada Attorney General action and no state securities regulator order, advisory or investor alert naming iCoinPro - including in NASAA's Operation Cryptosweep action tables, which name many crypto-MLM respondents but not this one. That negative finding is important to the grade's defensibility and has no document behind it; the report should state it as a search result, not link anything.

Not established by this document: The channel resolves and is confirmed as "iCoinPro Corporate Channel," but none of the per-video figures in the prose could be verified at a citable URL in this pass: YouTube serves subscriber count, video count, lifetime views, join date and individual video metadata through a client-side player that returns nothing to a fetcher. The "AutoTrader for iCoinPro Back Test Results" live stream and its "Justin Clark's 97+% Win Rate based on trading data from Sept 2019 to March 2023" description, and the view counts for "Paper Trading on TradingView" and "Trading Portal Demo," therefore rest on the reviewer's own observation of the channel and should be presented that way - as an observation with a date, not as a sourced fact.

Not established by this document: Two details attributed to BehindMLM in the prose are not in the retrievable text of either review: Paul De Sousa's GainBitcoin promotion, Justin Clark's prior direct-selling background, the historical $99.95/month and $280 three-month tiers, and the traffic estimate of a few thousand hits a month mostly from affiliates. They may appear in the comment threads or in a third BehindMLM post that did not surface; as it stands they are unsourced and should be cut or re-attributed. The "1% to 10% wins in less than 15 minutes" phrasing is also inaccurate against the live company page, which says "1% to 3% wins, usually in less than 15 minutes" (see index 9).

iCoinPro corporate pages (corp/ourCompany, corp/system, and the icptour.com mirror), the onedaytradingcourse.com funnel branded “© 2025 iCoinPRO” with its “$414.55 profit from 2 trades in 10 minutes” claim, the ScamAdviser domain record (registered 28 March 2017 with GoDaddy, US/Amazon hosting, registered through 2027), and the 99bitcoins 2026 crypto-course pricing survey used for every comparator in the replacement stack

Not established by this document: Two sourcing problems in this entry. (1) The ScamAdviser record was retrieved (scamadviser.com/check-website/icoinpro.com) but does not carry the facts attributed to it: the page shows only a summary trust verdict, a stale "last update 11 months ago" flag and generic highlights, and the specific registration details in the prose - registered 28 March 2017 with GoDaddy, US/Amazon hosting, registered through 2027 - are not visible on it. The page is also an automated aggregator carrying its own affiliate links, i.e. tier 4 at best; it has been left out rather than cited for facts it does not state, and the domain-registration chronology should be dropped or re-sourced. (2) The Coinbase consultancy claim now has a primary citation, but the citation is to iCoinPro's own marketing page and nothing else - no Coinbase filing, press release, engineering post or independent report corroborates it, and the anchor text above says so on its face. The "97+% win rate" is likewise unaudited: no brokerage statement or third-party verification of the September 2019 to March 2023 back-test could be located, and the nature, price and bundling of the AutoTrader remain undocumented.

What we could not get

  • The registered legal entity, its state of incorporation and its corporate address. Disclosed nowhere in any company document, and no Secretary of State filing matching iCoinPro could be located in Texas, Florida or Nevada - the three states the documents point at.
  • Justin Clark’s claimed Coinbase consultancy. No Coinbase source, filing, press release or independent report corroborates it; it appears only in the company’s own marketing and in affiliate content repeating it. It is the central credential of the product.
  • The “97+% win rate.” No audited, third-party-verified or brokerage-statement-backed track record could be located. It is presented as back-test output over September 2019 to March 2023.
  • The nature of the AutoTrader - whether it is user-installed and API-connected to a participant’s own self-custodied exchange account, which carries no securities implication, or involves pooling, discretion or custody, which would materially change the securities analysis. Its price, and whether it is bundled or an upsell, are also unknown.
  • Whether a non-affiliate can buy the $49.95 membership without being placed in an Enroller Tree genealogy. No customer-only path is described on any public page, and confirming its absence would require completing a paid enrollment.
  • Active member count, revenue and the customer-to-affiliate ratio - never published. Every read on scale in this report is indirect: view counts, forum silence and third-party traffic estimates.
  • Any outcome of the July 2023 DSSRC referral. No FTC or Nevada attorney general action, complaint, consent order or closing letter could be located three years on; whether either agency opened, declined or closed a file is unknown.
  • Any South African regulatory record relating to the South Africa-based chief executive - an FSCA search was not possible within this review - and whether the Ontario Securities Commission warnings for “Coin Pro” and “HK Coin Pro” relate to this company. On the evidence reviewed they appear to concern different, unrelated entities and are not attributed to iCoinPro here.

Common questions

iCoinPro - frequently asked

QIs iCoinPro a pyramid scheme?
No court or regulator has made that finding, and this report does not make it either. What can be said precisely is what the plan does. Every one of the seven ranks above Unranked qualifies on headcount inside the recruitment genealogy - the published table reads “active members on your Enroller Tree team,” running from 2 personally enrolled at 1 Star to 100,000 members at Star Presidential. The plan contains no retail customer category, no preferred-customer tier and no wholesale-to-retail spread; there is nothing paid for selling the education to a person who never joins the network. Level one of the fast start pays 50% of the $60 entry package, personal enrollments carry a 50% match on their matrix commissions, and the monthly bonus pools require at least one new personal recruit every month. A trade publication has twice characterised the company as a pyramid scheme, but that is editorial opinion rather than a regulatory or judicial determination, and it is recorded here as such.
QHow much does iCoinPro cost?
A participant pays $50 once for “Unlimited Access,” $10 once for the affiliate position, and $49.95 every month for the membership - $659.40 in the first year and $599.40 every year after. The monthly membership was raised from the $39.95 that every third-party review from 2017 through 2023 recorded, and it is not optional for anyone who wants to earn: the plan conditions commission eligibility and every rank on holding the 40 commissionable volume points that the subscription carries. So the learner and the seller pay exactly the same fee. Two costs sit outside that arithmetic. The AutoTrader discussed on the corporate channel in July 2026 has no published price, and neither does the separate one-day trading course funnel. And the largest cost of all never appears on a price page: the trading capital the product’s entire premise requires a participant to put at risk, which is uncapped and unquantified.
QHow much do iCoinPro affiliates earn?
Nobody outside the company can say, because the company does not publish it. An income disclosure page exists at icoinpro.com/incomeDisclosure and it contains a table with five column headers - rank, number of representatives paid at that rank, percentage of representatives, monthly income and annualised average check - and zero data rows. It was confirmed empty on 29 July 2026. That is worse than publishing nothing, because the company’s own Policies and Procedures require affiliates making any income claim to attach “the Company’s current Annual Average Income Disclosure, posted on the Company’s website,” an obligation the company has made impossible to satisfy, and because an empty table gives a prospect the visual impression that earnings have been disclosed. The one earnings statement the company does make is in those same policies: “Most Affiliates earn less money each month in the compensation program than they are paying for their membership.” That sentence has survived nine years and three compensation plans unchanged.
QIs iCoinPro a crypto investment scheme or a securities offering?
No, and this is the part of the file most likely to be got wrong because the subject matter is cryptocurrency. Worked through element by element, the company takes in no pooled funds, runs no capital raise, holds no custody of participant money, has never issued a token, offers no staking or yield product, manages no accounts, does no discretionary trading, takes no share of anybody’s trading profits and promises no return of any kind. A participant pays a subscription for content and software, then trades their own money in their own account on their own decisions. Under Howey they are not buying an investment contract from iCoinPro, and the securities score of 6 reflects that. The deductions are narrow and specific: an “AutoTrader” whose architecture could not be verified, a historic “lending education” module in a category with a bad Ponzi record, and a claimed 97%-plus win rate of exactly the sort regulators treat as a trading-fraud marker. The F grade is earned on the compensation structure and the claims, not on the asset class.
QHas iCoinPro been investigated or sued?
Stage-labeling matters here and the honest answer cuts both ways. On 5 July 2023 the Direct Selling Self-Regulatory Council, the self-regulatory arm of BBB National Programs, referred iCoinPro to the Federal Trade Commission and the Nevada Office of the Attorney General over earnings claims including “Earn 4k a month without enrolling a single person,” after the company “failed to substantively respond” and “made no efforts to substantiate the claims or meaningfully participate in the self-regulatory process.” That is a private industry body handing a file to agencies with real authority - not a charge, not a complaint, not a consent order and not a finding of liability by any regulator. And three years on, no FTC action, no Nevada attorney general action, no SEC or CFTC proceeding, no state securities order and no class action naming iCoinPro could be located. Warnings published by the Ontario Securities Commission for entities called “Coin Pro” and “HK Coin Pro” appear on the evidence reviewed to concern different, unrelated businesses and are not attributed to iCoinPro here.

This report was researched and written by Claude, Anthropic’s AI assistant, working from primary documents - iCoinPro’s own compensation plan, its policies and procedures, its terms of service, its income disclosure statement where one exists, and its regulatory and self-regulatory file. It was scored against nine weighted dimensions that are published in full, with their weights, on the methodology page.

Before publication it was reviewed by Rob Fore, who checks every source link, every figure against the document it came from, and every allegation against its stage-label - an investigation is not a finding, a warning letter is not an enforcement action, and a filed claim is not a verdict.

The editor does not set the grade. The published score is the weighted composite of the nine dimension scores, and the build refuses to emit a page where the two disagree by more than 0.06. A grade moves when the evidence moves it and not otherwise.

Rob Fore has marketed online since 1996, wrote Online MLM Marketing (2014), and is CEO of Listech Inc, the Nevada corporation that publishes this site. He holds affiliate positions in companies graded here - including LiveGood, which this site grades D, SendOutCards, which it grades C−, and the Home Business Academy, which it grades B−. Those positions are disclosed on the reports they touch, and changed nothing on this page.

Corrections

Every factual claim on this page is sourced, and the ones we could not stand up are named in the unable to verify list above. If something here is wrong, we want to know, and we would rather hear it from iCoinPro than from a reader.

Write to corrections@opportunitygrade.com. Point at the specific sentence and send the document that contradicts it - a plan document, a filing, an income disclosure, a policy page. We will check it against the primary source, correct the page if it is wrong, and say in the report that it was corrected and when. A grade moves if the evidence moves it.

This address reaches a person, not a form. We do not require a takedown demand, an NDA or a lawyer to accept a correction, and we do not remove a report because a company disputes its conclusion - only because the underlying facts turn out to be wrong.
