BlockDAG
A token presale the company is still running, a single-tier 25% referral bounty paid in the same token, and mining hardware sold in dollars against a $0.05 launch price the coin now trades about 3,000 times below.
BlockDAG sells its BDAG coin, mining hardware priced at $130 to $1,500 and a single-tier referral bounty (25% to the referrer and a 5% bonus to the buyer, both paid in BDAG); its website reported raising more than $440 million while its chief executive told DL News the company had raised “more than $200 million”, the coin traded about 99.97% below its $0.05 launch price on 19 October 2026, the Seychelles regulator says the company it names as issuer was never authorized and was dissolved in October 2025, and in August 2026 BlockDAG opened a second presale for a “New BDAG” coin.
Can you actually make money with BlockDAG?
No. Nothing here requires a monthly purchase to stay paid, and the referral plan itself is simple: BlockDAG’s referral page pays 25% of each confirmed purchase by someone you refer, credited in BDAG, and gives the buyer a 5% BDAG bonus on a first purchase. No second level is described anywhere. The No comes from what that bounty is paid in and what it is paid on. Every referral is a sale of the same token, and on 19 October 2026 CoinGecko quoted BDAG at $0.00001698 and CoinMarketCap at $0.0000167, about 3,000 times below the $0.05 launch price the company’s own product calculators still use.
The typical result is the number to read first. BlockDAG publishes no earnings figures for referrers or buyers. A buyer who paid the $0.05 launch price holds a position worth about 0.03% of what it cost: $2,500 of coins at that price was worth about $0.83 to $0.85 on 19 October 2026. A buyer at the $0.003 special price offered in Batch 34 in January 2026 is down about 99.4%. The company’s own training manual gives the example “Refer three friends who each buy $5,000 in BDAG. You earn $3,750 BDAG”; credited at the $0.003 price, those coins were worth about $21 on 19 October 2026 (our arithmetic).
Two further facts decide it. The company says it raised more than $440 million; its chief executive told DL News it had raised “more than $200 million” and declined to comment further, and BlockDAG later told DL News it “strongly denies the claims of funding discrepancies”. Neither figure is audited. And in August 2026 the company opened a second, 25-stage presale for a “New BDAG” coin priced from $0.002 to $0.05 against a “$0.10 launch reference”, while its homepage still read “Presale is Live” on 19 October 2026. A referral paid on new presale money, in a token whose market price has not held, is not income anyone can plan on.
The first presale ran in numbered batches with a list price and, alongside it, cheaper time-limited “special” prices: a May 2025 advertiser item gives Batch 28 at $0.0262 with a $0.0019 offer, a September 2025 TechBullion press release gives Batch 30 at $0.03 with a $0.0016 offer and says “a price increase is guaranteed”, and crypto.news third-party content of 5 January 2026 gives Batch 34 at a special price of $0.003 with “No resets. No extensions. No second chances.” An LBank explainer counts 45 batches and a final price of $0.00125; the sources do not agree, and the company publishes no batch history. After the coin listed, “aftersale” and “Live Swap” offers continued at prices quoted as $0.0000077 (21 July 2026) and $0.00000019 (30 July 2026), and on 19 October 2026 the homepage read “BUY NOW AT $0.0000000006” and “BUY WITH CODE BUYBACKNOW”, far below the quoted market price; this report could not establish what a buyer at those prices receives or whether those coins can be sold at the quoted market price. The hardware has published dollar prices, and each product page carries a calculator that values daily output at a “Launch Price 0.05”: $10 a day for the X10, $30 for the X30 and $100 for the X100. At the 19 October 2026 market price the same maximum outputs are worth about $0.003, $0.01 and $0.03 a day. DL News reports that BlockDAG’s manufacturer contract priced the X30 at $500 and the X100 at $1,600.
- An audited statement of how much the presale raised and where the money is held, reconciling the website’s figure with the chief executive’s “more than $200 million” and the at least $110 million DL News traced to exchange accounts.
- A current, checkable registration for the entity that issues BDAG and receives buyers’ money, now that the Seychelles regulator says the company it names was never authorized and has been dissolved.
- A referral commission paid in cash on purchases by outside customers, plus a published record of what referrers actually earned and a refund route for hardware that does not arrive.
That call is computed, not chosen - the rule reads three of the nine published dimension scores and is printed on the methodology page. It describes this company's plan and the figures it publishes about the people already in it. It is not a prediction about you, and nothing on this site is advice.
Legal status
CONTESTED: TWO SEYCHELLES REGULATOR NOTICES, NO FRAUD FINDING. The Financial Services Authority of Seychelles published a warning on 19 March 2025 drawing attention to “the website www.blockdag.network and the ‘BLOCKDAG’ coin which has been issued by DAG SYSTEMS LTD., a company registered in the Seychelles”, stating that the company “does not presently have any authorisation for the issuance, having failed to submit an application to register the coin offering.” On 7 September 2026 it published a second notice on the same website and coin, stating that the company “does not, nor has it had any authorisation to operate under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2024 and was simply incorporated” and that it “has since been struck off and was dissolved as of the 18th October 2025, and is therefore no longer a legal entity.” Both are public notices to investors: neither is an enforcement order, a fine or a finding of fraud. BlockDAG’s own pages say the network is incorporated through Dag Systems Ltd in Apia, Samoa, and that it “no longer conducts any business activities from, within, or connected to the Republic of Seychelles”; DL News reported in January 2026 that Samoa’s business registrar “shows no record of the company’s existence”, which is journalism, not a registry extract, and this report could not search the Samoa registry itself. This report’s searches found no SEC action, criminal charge or court finding of fraud naming BlockDAG, Dag Systems Ltd, Antony Turner or Nic Van Den Bergh; a search that finds nothing is not proof that nothing exists, and the UK FCA warning list and the IOSCO I-SCAN database could not be queried by name. One matter concerns the founder, Gurhan Kiziloz, rather than BlockDAG. His earlier company Lanistar Limited was placed on the FCA’s consumer warning list on 18 November 2020 and removed two days later after adding a disclaimer, and Companies House records it in compulsory liquidation, with winding up commenced on 2 April 2025; an insolvency is not a finding of wrongdoing. An F grade is not a finding of illegality.

Follow the money
A Layer-1 blockchain project whose coin, BDAG, was sold in a presale from December 2023 until early 2026, followed by “aftersale” offers that continue on the homepage. It also sells mining hardware (the X10, a phone-paired booster at $130, and the X30 and X100 miners at $600 and $1,500), offers a free phone app (X1) that “mines” up to 20 BDAG a day, runs native staking, and is linked to a casino at blockdag.com.
A single-tier referral bounty runs alongside all of it: 25% of each referred purchase to the referrer and a 5% bonus to the buyer on a first purchase, both in BDAG, with no cap, and a company training manual that tells members to recruit “at least three people”.
What is real: mainnet launched in February 2026, the coin trades on exchanges, claims and staking went live in July 2026 per a project post, two third-party audits of the vesting contract are published, and the hardware has dollar prices.
What the market says: on 19 October 2026 BDAG traded at $0.0000167 to $0.0000170, about 99.97% below the $0.05 launch price, with a market capitalization of about $1.5 million on CoinGecko.
What comes next, per the company: a “Fresh Start” announced in August 2026, giving eligible presale buyers a “New BDAG” allocation and opening a new 25-stage presale from $0.002 to $0.05 against a “$0.10 launch reference”, which the company’s own FAQ calls “both a free reinstatement for eligible existing users and an optional new presale.”
Where the 150 billion New BDAG go, per the company’s August 2026 white paper
BlockDAG publishes no breakdown of how a presale dollar is spent. Its Fresh Start FAQ says presale proceeds “can support the planned launch liquidity and the wider growth, operations and ecosystem plan” and that “The final allocation will follow published disclosures”, and DL News traced at least $110 million of first-presale money to Binance and BTSE accounts. What the company does publish is how the supply of its new coin is divided, shown below from its Native Coin White Paper. A buyer in the new presale is buying from a 25 billion slice, one sixth of the supply, while a third is reinstated to existing holders without payment and a third is set aside for mining rewards.

Who runs it, and what they ran before
BlockDAG ran its presale from December 2023 without naming him. DL News reports that at the AMA on 29 December 2025 the then chief marketing officer “finally revealed the project’s long-time founder as Kiziloz”, and quotes Kiziloz: “The reason we hired Antony [Turner] was because I had a few failed projects in the past”, and “I didn’t want to taint [BlockDAG] by not giving it the right chance by having myself on there.” crypto.news reports that he said he provided about $14 million of initial funding and would move to “a background role focused on funding support and oversight participation”. His earlier company, Lanistar Limited (company 12091938), was added to the FCA’s consumer warning list on 18 November 2020 and removed on 20 November 2020 after it agreed to add a disclaimer, as UKTN reported the FCA saying; Companies House records it in compulsory liquidation, petition dated 17 February 2025 and winding up commenced 2 April 2025, with the Official Receiver as practitioner. A winding-up is an insolvency process, not a finding of wrongdoing. DL News, citing a June 2024 Financial News report based on former staff, says he “promoted several controversial memecoins, including one called Big Eyes”, and that he did not respond; this report did not read the Financial News report.
DL News: “BlockDAG introduced Antony Turner as the project’s founder and CEO in July 2024”. A 99Bitcoins article syndicated by Yahoo Finance (30 October 2025) gives his background as chief operating officer of Spirit Blockchain Capital and co-founder of SwissOne Capital AG; the only other profile found, on DailyCoin (30 July 2024), is labeled sponsored content, and neither was checked against a registry. Two accounts of his removal exist and neither is verified: Kiziloz said at the AMA that Turner “had breached all of his non-disclosure agreements by slowly leaking details of Kiziloz’s role” (DL News’s paraphrase), and a former employee told TheHolyCoins he was removed “following repeated internal disputes over transparency, access to funds, and public disclosures.” By email to DL News, Turner confirmed that most salaries, miners, ambassador-program members, third-party providers and grant recipients “had all gone largely unpaid”, and said: “When I was CEO, only a deposit was paid towards the X100s. Nothing towards the X30s.” In October 2025, while CEO, he defended BlockDAG publicly against ZachXBT’s claims, which 99Bitcoins reports he characterized as a coordinated disinformation campaign by rival projects. Since August 2026 he runs a YouTube channel, “BlockDAG Truth & Transparency” (created 11 August 2026), in which, as TheHolyCoins reported on 28 September 2026, he alleges he had no oversight of the presale or treasury, that token sales and bonuses “totaled more than twice the 50 billion BDAG allocated to the presale”, that a planned $35 million community handover never happened, and that “The project has zero money”; TheHolyCoins reports that he now calls the project a scam and asks for a regulatory investigation. Those are allegations by a former executive with an interest in the dispute, reported by a crypto news site; this report did not view the videos and found no BlockDAG response to them.
DL News, 15 January 2026: “In a brief phone call with DL News, BlockDAG’s CEO, Nic Van Den Bergh (unrelated to Liza Van Den Berg), said the company had raised more than $200 million. He declined to comment further.” He also wrote that he had “decided not to proceed with interviews at this time”. DL News summarizes the article as “Its website claims to have raised $442 million, but its CEO says it’s only raised about $200 million”; that summary is DL News’s wording, not his, and he did not say the website figure was wrong. In an update of 17 April 2026, DL News added that “a BlockDAG representative said the firm strongly denies the claims of funding discrepancies and contract-related issues mentioned.” This report found no independent account of his background before BlockDAG.
ZachXBT is a pseudonymous on-chain investigator, not a regulator. On 18 August 2025 he posted that “BlockDAG Network is a fake project / investment scam that has held a presale for 1.5+ years”; BeInCrypto described his evidence as circumstantial. In October 2025 he alleged, as Blockchain.News reported, that “Antony Turner is a mere figurehead, while Kiziloz orchestrates operations behind the scenes, allegedly transferring millions in presale funds through Middle Eastern OTC brokers.” On 9 April 2026 he posted that BlockDAG had raised “$300M+ from unsophisticated retail investors via social media ads which stated unrealistic returns”, and on 20 May 2026 he asked why there was “at least $25M of commingling between Blockdag & ZKP presale funds with Spartans KOL payment addresses onchain”: BlockDAG and ZKP money combined, allegedly routed to influencer payments for the Spartans casino. All of that is allegation; no regulator or court has made a finding on any of it. Kiziloz’s founder role is no longer an allegation, because he and the company stated it at the December 2025 AMA. Separately, and on their own websites, blockdag.com describes BlockDAG Casino as “fully licensed under the Government of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, operated by Nexus International Entertainment Ltd.”, and spartans.com says Spartans “is owned and operated by Nexus International Entertainment Ltd. registration number: 000043488” in Belize City. Two brands, one stated operator. Nexus International’s own website names Kiziloz as its founder and chairman and lists Spartans.com among its brands, and Folha de S.Paulo (18 August 2026) describes Nexus as belonging to him; this report found no registry record naming him as owner of the Belize company, and did not check either license claim against the Anjouan register.
Registered address
Stated as Apia, Samoa (Dag Systems Ltd, Intershore Suite, Le Sanalele Complex). The Seychelles regulator names a Seychelles-incorporated DAG SYSTEMS LTD. as the issuer of the coin and says it was dissolved on 18 October 2025.
Every blockdag.network page footer, and the company’s corporate-information page, says “BlockDAG Network operates under a global corporate structure and is fully incorporated through Dag Systems Ltd, registered at Intershore Suite, Le Sanalele Complex, Apia, Samoa”; the corporate page adds that the company “no longer conducts any business activities from, within, or connected to the Republic of Seychelles” and that earlier Seychelles references “are outdated and should be disregarded.” The Seychelles regulator’s two notices both name blockdag.network and the BLOCKDAG coin and tie them to DAG SYSTEMS LTD., incorporated in Seychelles under the International Business Companies Act, which the regulator says was never authorized and was dissolved on 18 October 2025. DL News reported that BlockDAG “allegedly moved its registration to Samoa, but the country’s business registrar shows no record of the company’s existence”, and that Samoa’s ministry did not respond. No registration number for the Samoa company appears on any BlockDAG page this report read, and the Samoa registry could not be searched from here. The Terms of Use say they are governed by “the laws of the jurisdiction where BlockDAG Network is registered” without naming it.

What has to be true for you to get paid
| To cover | You need |
|---|---|
| A buyer at the $0.05 launch price, no referrals, holding | BDAG back at $0.05 From $0.0000167 to $0.0000170 on 19 October 2026, the coin would have to rise about 2,950 to 3,000 times. Even CoinGecko’s all-time high of $0.09374 on 13 March 2026 was only about twice the launch price, and CoinMarketCap’s was $0.4005 on 29 March 2026. |
| A presale buyer at the $0.003 Batch 34 special price (January 2026) | BDAG back at $0.003 A rise of about 177 to 180 times from the 19 October 2026 price. A $500 purchase at $0.003 (166,667 BDAG) was worth about $2.80 that day. |
| A referrer who brought in $5,000 of purchases at $0.003, paid 25% in BDAG | The commission coins to hold their value until sold The commission is $1,250 of BDAG at the purchase price, or 416,667 coins. At the 19 October 2026 price those coins were worth about $6.95 to $7.07. A commission paid in the coin being sold carries the same price risk as the purchase it was paid on. |
| An X100 buyer who paid $1,500 and has the unit running at maximum output | Mined coins worth $1,500 at the market price 2,000 BDAG a day at $0.00001698 is about $0.034 a day, so recovering $1,500 takes about 44,000 days, roughly 121 years, before electricity. At the company’s $0.05 calculator price it takes 15 days. A buyer whose unit never arrived has no refund route in the Terms of Use. |
Read this twice
All four scenarios use the company’s own prices and stated outputs and the archived CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap snapshots of 19 October 2026; the arithmetic is ours. BlockDAG publishes no income or outcome disclosure for buyers, miners or referrers. These are break-even floors, not forecasts.

Modeled on the 25% referral rate on BlockDAG’s referral page against a $500 referred purchase: $125 a referral, credited in BDAG at the purchase price, not paid in cash. The cost line is $0 because holding a referral code requires no purchase or subscription. Read the result as a nominal figure only. The commission is paid in the same coin being sold, and on 19 October 2026 CoinGecko quoted BDAG at $0.00001698, about 99.97% below its $0.05 launch price: a $125 commission credited at the $0.003 presale price of January 2026 (41,667 BDAG) was worth about $0.71 that day (our arithmetic). The typical result is not published: BlockDAG discloses no referrer or buyer earnings of any kind. Your own subscription cost of $0/mo is included.
What it costs to replace this yourself
BlockDAG prices its hardware in dollars and pays it out in BDAG, which has a quoted market price, so the cleanest comparison is with the coin itself. The figures below use the CoinGecko price of $0.00001698 on 19 October 2026 and the company’s own stated maximum outputs, before electricity (our arithmetic). The other lines compare the referral, casino and audit layers with what a cautious buyer would look for instead. None of the alternatives is a company graded on this site.
| What they sell you | What you'd use instead | Your cost |
|---|---|---|
| X100 miner, $1,500, up to 2,000 BDAG a day | Buying BDAG on an exchange that lists it, at the market price | $1,500 buys about 88 million BDAG, about 121 years of the X100’s maximum output |
| X30 miner, $600, up to 600 BDAG a day | The same coin at the market price | $600 buys about 35 million BDAG, about 161 years of the X30’s maximum output |
| X10 booster, $130, up to 200 BDAG a day with the X1 app | The same coin at the market price | $130 buys about 7.7 million BDAG, about 105 years of the X10’s maximum output |
| Presale and aftersale coins at company-set prices, bonuses and codes | The coin on a listed exchange (CoinGecko lists BTCC, P2B, Pionex, Webot and XT.COM) | The quoted price, $0.0000167 to $0.0000170 on 19 Oct 2026, with a market capitalization near $1.5 million |
| 25%/5% referral bounty paid in BDAG on other people’s token purchases | An affiliate program that pays a cash commission on sales to outside customers | Commission in currency, not in the coin being sold |
| BlockDAG Casino, stated Anjouan license, operator in Belize | A betting account licensed by the player’s own state or national regulator | Free account, with a local complaint route |
| Two published audits of a treasury-vesting contract | Published audits covering the chain’s consensus and node code, not only a vesting contract | A disclosure step, not a cash cost |
| An issuer the Seychelles regulator says was dissolved; a Samoa company with no registration number published | An issuer with a registration a buyer can look up and audited accounts | A disclosure step, not a cash cost |
| Total as sold $130 to $1,500 of hardware whose daily output is worth about $0.003 to $0.03 at the market price, presale coins at company-set prices, a commission paid in the same coin, and terms with no refund clause |
Total, built yourself The same number of coins bought outright for the price of a miner, a cash commission elsewhere, and a locally licensed betting account |
Price-to-value
At the market price the hardware cannot repay its cost within a human lifetime, and the company’s own calculators show a profit only by valuing the coin at $0.05. The single ecosystem (coin, app, miners, casino and referral link under one login) is a real convenience, and it is the only line on which BlockDAG’s version is not simply worse.

Bought an X30 for $600 and followed the training manual’s example: three friends buying $5,000 each, a $3,750 commission credited as 1,250,000 BDAG at the $0.003 price. Rows track the commission only; the X30’s maximum output is worth about $0.01 a day at the 19 October 2026 price.
| Horizon | P(profit) | Median |
|---|---|---|
| Commission credited ($0.003, January 2026) | 20% | $3,750 |
| At the $0.05 launch price (trading from 6 Mar 2026) | 40% | $62,500 |
| All-time high, 13 to 29 Mar 2026 ($0.094 to $0.40) | 40% | $117,175 |
| All-time low, 19 Sep 2026 ($0.0000102 to $0.0000126) | 0% | $14.20 |
| 19 Oct 2026 ($0.0000167 to $0.0000170) | 0% | $21.00 |
Methodology note. These are modeled ranges built from archived price snapshots, not claims, not forecasts and not company case studies; BlockDAG publishes no outcome data. “p” is a modeled chance of being net positive in cash against the stated money in, if sold at that point; it is not a published figure. The high rows are paper values. A project post relayed by CoinStats says claims for Batches 1 to 6 opened on 30 July 2026, while an LBank explainer describes presale holders selling in March, so this report cannot say when any given buyer could first sell. The two trackers disagree on the all-time high ($0.09374 on CoinGecko, $0.4005 on CoinMarketCap) and the low ($0.00001258 and $0.00001017); the ranges show both.

We would like to be wrong about this
Upward
- An audited statement of the amount raised and where it is held, reconciling the website figure with the CEO’s “more than $200 million”.
- A current registration for the issuing entity that a buyer can look up, and a refund route in the Terms for hardware that does not arrive.
- A referral commission paid in cash, with published referrer earnings, and an end to the scripted return claims in the training manual.
Downward
- Any securities-regulator, criminal or court action naming BlockDAG, Dag Systems Ltd or any person named in this report, as distinct from the Seychelles investor notices.
- A court or regulator finding, as distinct from ZachXBT’s or Turner’s allegations, that presale money was commingled, misused or not held as described.
- A further fall in the coin’s price, or a New BDAG launch that trades below its Stage 1 price.
Grade is F. A single-tier referral bounty paid in the coin being sold, hardware that cannot repay its price at the market price, a coin about 99.97% below its $0.05 launch price, and an issuer the Seychelles regulator says was never authorized and is dissolved.
What is real should be said plainly. The referral plan pays one level only, with no ranks or monthly purchase. The network launched, the coin trades, claims and staking went live, and the company publishes two third-party audits with every finding marked solved or resolved. Its pages carry a risk warning, and its new FAQ says profit is never guaranteed. No regulator or court has found fraud.
The trouble is what is being sold. Every purchase is money handed over for a coin marketed against a higher price: a $0.05 listing price for the first presale and a “$0.10 launch reference” for the second. On 19 October 2026 the first coin traded about 3,000 times below its launch price. The hardware is priced in dollars and pays out in that coin, so an X100 bought for $1,500 mines about $0.03 a day at market. The referral commission is paid in the same coin, so it falls with it, and the company’s own manual coaches members to answer a question about risk with a return figure.
The company record is thin where it matters. The founder was kept out of view for two years by his own account; the regulator says the named issuer was never authorized and has been dissolved; the Samoa company the site names has no published registration; partners wrote breach and default letters; and the presale money is accounted for only by two unaudited figures that BlockDAG and its own CEO state differently. The nine scores land at 1.27, deep in the F band, without any ceiling.
Do the miner arithmetic before buying hardware
Multiply the stated daily output by the quoted market price, not by $0.05. At the 19 October 2026 price the $1,500 X100 needs about 121 years to repay itself; the same $1,500 buys about 88 million BDAG outright.
Check what the market will actually pay
CoinGecko gave BDAG a market capitalization of about $1.5 million and 24-hour volume of about $747,000 on 19 October 2026. A presale price or a “launch reference” is not a price anyone has to pay you.
If you are owed hardware or coins, keep the record
The Terms of Use have no refund clause. Keep order confirmations, wallet addresses and dashboard screenshots. The Seychelles regulator’s notice links a form for reporting unauthorized virtual-asset activity.
If you want referral income, pick a plan that pays cash
A program that pays a cash commission on purchases by outside customers does not depend on the price of the thing you are recruiting people to buy.

What we could not get
- Whether the Samoa company the site names (Dag Systems Ltd) exists on Samoa’s register, its registration number, and whether it is the same legal person as the Seychelles company the regulator says was dissolved on 18 October 2025. DL News reports Samoa’s registrar shows no record; the registry could not be searched from here.
- How much the presale actually raised and where it is held: the website’s figure (more than $440 million) and the CEO’s (“more than $200 million”) are both unaudited, and BlockDAG denies DL News’s funding claims.
- ZachXBT’s allegations (off-ramping through OTC brokers and $25 million of commingled BlockDAG and ZKP money) and Antony Turner’s allegations since August 2026; his videos and ZachXBT’s posts on X were not viewed directly.
- Actual miner deliveries: the company’s “22,800 Miners … being shipped” is self-reported, and the 10 billion BDAG staked figure circulating in coverage was not found in any archived source.
- Whether either casino license claim (Anjouan) appears on the Anjouan register, and whether any registry names Kiziloz as an owner or officer of Nexus International Entertainment Ltd.; the link rests on the group’s own website and Folha de S.Paulo.
- Searches of the UK FCA warning list, IOSCO I-SCAN and other national regulators by name could not be run directly (403 errors or client-side filtering), so the absence of further regulator entries is not confirmed.
- Whether coins bought at the aftersale and homepage prices ($0.00000019, $0.0000000006) can be sold at the quoted market price, and when each presale batch could first claim and sell its coins.
Not advice
This is independent analysis for decision-making, not legal, financial or investment advice. Allegations reported by third parties should be verified against primary court and regulatory records before any decision.
Researched by Claude. Reviewed by an editor.
Every report is researched and written by Claude, Anthropic’s AI assistant, from the company’s own plan documents, policies, terms and regulatory file - then reviewed before publication by Rob Fore, who checks the sources and the stage-label on every allegation.
- Nine weighted dimensions, published with their weights
- The editor checks the evidence and cannot change the number - the build rejects any page whose grade does not reconcile to its own arithmetic
- Every affiliate position we hold is disclosed on the report it touches
- No company has paid for a grade, and no report carries an affiliate link

Author, editor and publisher
This report was researched and written by Claude, Anthropic’s AI assistant, working from primary documents - BlockDAG’s own compensation plan, its policies and procedures, its terms of service, its income disclosure statement where one exists, and its regulatory and self-regulatory file. It was scored against nine weighted dimensions that are published in full, with their weights, on the methodology page.
Before publication it was reviewed by Rob Fore, who checks every source link, every figure against the document it came from, and every allegation against its stage-label - an investigation is not a finding, a warning letter is not an enforcement action, and a filed claim is not a verdict.
The editor does not set the grade. The published score is the weighted composite of the nine dimension scores, and the build refuses to emit a page where the two disagree by more than 0.06. A grade moves when the evidence moves it and not otherwise.
Rob Fore has marketed online since 1996, wrote Online MLM Marketing (2014), and is CEO of Listech Inc, the Nevada corporation that publishes this site. He holds affiliate positions in companies graded here - including LiveGood, which this site grades D, SendOutCards, which it grades C−, and the Home Business Academy, which it grades B−. Those positions are disclosed on the reports they touch, and changed nothing on this page.

Tell me if this grade changes
BlockDAG is graded F as of October 19, 2026. Grades move when the evidence moves - a new income disclosure, a regulatory action, a rewritten compensation plan. Leave your address and you will get one email if this one does.
One email when the grade moves, and nothing else. We will never use your address to promote an income opportunity of any kind, we do not sell, rent or share the list, and it is stored on our own infrastructure rather than with any company graded here. Unsubscribe removes everything.
Corrections
Every factual claim on this page is sourced, and the ones we could not stand up are named in the unable to verify list above. If something here is wrong, we want to know, and we would rather hear it from BlockDAG than from a reader.
Write to corrections@opportunitygrade.com. Point at the specific sentence and send the document that contradicts it - a plan document, a filing, an income disclosure, a policy page. We will check it against the primary source, correct the page if it is wrong, and keep a dated record of the change. A grade moves if the evidence moves it.
This address reaches a person, not a form. We do not require a takedown demand, an NDA or a lawyer to accept a correction, and we do not remove a report because a company disputes its conclusion - only because the underlying facts turn out to be wrong.
